What happens if l order the wrong size?

What happens if my size is out of stock?

Can I special order a custom color?

Can I cancel an order?
Due to our automated system that speeds orders into processing immediately for fast delivery, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. However, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to send back any unwanted items after delivery.
Can I make changes or add to an order after it’s placed?
To get your gear to you as fast as possible, our system begins processing orders immediately. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to make changes or additions once an order is submitted. If the item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery under our Return Policy. Please contact us if you’d like to start a return.

We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
When will I receive my order?
After your order is shipped, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery to most locations within the U.S. Delivery to destinations outside the U.S. typically takes 8-15 business days. You can track your package in real time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
How do I track my order?

How can I return my order?

What does the warranty on my Rymic helmet cover?
Your Rymic helmet is backed by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship. How do I choose the right helmet?
A proper fit is essential for both safety and comfort. A helmet that is too tight can cause discomfort, while one that is too loose may fail to protect you in an impact or shift while riding.

Can I paint or modify my helmet?
For your safety, we strongly advise against any painting, modifications, or alterations to your helmet. These actions can compromise the structural integrity of the shell and liner, and will void the manufacturer's warranty.
Are your helmets DOT approved?
Yes. Every Rymic helmet is rigorously tested and certified to meet or exceed DOT FMVSS No. 218 standards for the US market and carry the latest ECE 22.06 certification, reflecting our commitment to the highest levels of safety and performance.
