Warranty

Your Rymic helmet is protected by a 3-year limited warranty, effective from the original purchase date. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Please note that damage resulting from consumer mishandling—such as dropping the helmet—or from normal wear and tear, aging, or exposure to weather is not included. Surface imperfections that do not affect safety or performance are also excluded.


Important Warranty Notice

Rymic warrants new helmets purchased directly from our official e-commerce site: www.rymic.store.
This warranty is valid only in the country where the helmet was originally purchased. Due to differing national safety standards and certification requirements, helmets purchased outside your country of residence are not covered. Rymic is not obligated to provide warranty service for helmets used in a country other than where they were sold.


Beware of Counterfeit Products

Imitation may be called flattery, but counterfeit Rymic helmets—often made with inferior materials and poor craftsmanship—pose serious safety risks. To ensure you receive an authentic, high-quality helmet, we strongly recommend purchasing only through our official website: www.rymic.store.


Warranty Claim Eligibility

To qualify for a warranty claim, your helmet must meet the following criteria:

  • Authorized Purchase: Purchased new from www.rymic.store.

  • Within Warranty Period: Claim is submitted within 3 years of the original purchase date.

  • Manufacturing Defect: The issue stems from a manufacturing fault. Damage from accidents, impacts, drops, or scratches is not covered.

  • Photo Documentation: Clear photos of the defect must be provided.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty inspection, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Required Information
Include the following in your email:

  • Full name, phone number, email, and shipping address
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation)

  • Photos clearly showing the defect

📌 No warranty claim will be processed without a valid proof of purchase and prior authorization.

3. Ship Your Helmet (if requested)
If we authorize a return, pack the helmet securely in its original packaging or a well-padded box.
